Community: 

Lake of the Pines is a gated community. With 1,320 acres developed into 1,999 lots ranging in size from 1/4 acre to 6.5 acres.  Lake of the Pines maintains a 24-hour security force with restricted access to the development and 24 hour patrol.  The roads within the development are owned and maintained by the association.

The gated community also has tennis courts, swimming pool, 6 developed parks, which most include: sandy beaches, picnic tables, barbeques, restrooms and playgrounds.  One park offers a basketball court, volley ball court and fitness trail.

Lake of the Pines offers multiple clubs for members enjoyment.  Some of these clubs include: the Pinesmen, Firebelles, water sports clubs, which include sailing, AARP 55 Alive and so many more.

The Lake: 

The lake is man made, approximately 230 acres in size with 5.5 miles of shoreline, and impounds 4,200 acre fee of water. The dam is 200,000 cubic yards of earth, 600 feet long and 57 feet high.  The approximate dept of the water near the dam is 55 feet.  The lake is naturally fed by Magnolia Creek and water is obtained from Combie Lake and Nevada Irrigation District. At the elevation of 1507 feet, the temperature of the lake usually allows swimming from May-September.  The lake is perfect for water skiing, sailing, swimming and fishing.

Golf Course:

With our new Club House provides weekly specials, dining facility and bar, with views of the lake. Our Pro Shop is the beginning to our 90 acre golf course with 71 par is 6,100 yards, 19 holes with an alternate #9.  We also have cart rentals and driving range.
